Fundacja Rozwoju Teatru 'NOWA FALA' ma na celu wspieranie i integrację artystów związanych z teatrem i kulturą: reżyserów, aktorów, dramaturgów, scenopisarzy, scenografów, muzyków, fotografików, artystów wideo, filmowców.
Zależy nam na wymianie kulturowej między twórcami związanymi z teatrem i kulturą polską, a takimi twórcami z innych krajów. Jednym ze szczególnie ważnych celów jest działalność edukacyjna. Zależy nam na wyrównywaniu szans dzieci i młodzieży (również niepełnosprawnych) w rozwoju artystycznym i kulturalnym właśnie poprzez teatr.

The idea of the Foundation appeared in April 2009. The founder is Marta Sztanka, which creates a number of years working vigorously in Warsaw and throughout Poland Agency Drama. /www.agencjadramatu.pl/
Theater Development Foundation 'NEW WAVE' aims to promote and integrate the artists associated with the theater and culture: directors, actors, playwrights, stage designers, musicians, photographers, video artists, filmmakers. We are committed to cultural exchange between artists associated with the theater and the Polish culture, and such artists from Europe and the world.
Objectives and Principles of the Foundation
Foundation's aims are:
1. Support and integration of theater artists and culture: directors, actors, playwrights, designers, musicians, photographers, video artists, filmmakers;
2. Creating a permanent theater group on Polish territory, particularly in Warsaw, which will seek new avenues for development in the field of theater arts;
3. Research in the matter of theatrical artists through creative activities;
4. Dialogue between the values developed by the creators of the theater over the centuries and the contemporary, interdisciplinary look at theatrical technique;
5. Seeking new forms of drama;
6. Establishing cooperation with independent organizations and centers on Polish territory, particularly in Warsaw through the creation of innovative theater projects;
7. The creation of an interesting cultural offer for Polish citizens, particularly of Warsaw and attracting the public to the theater and culture;
8. Promoting cultural exchange between artists associated with the theater and the Polish culture and artists from such countries in Europe and the world;
9. Promoting the integration of theaters and theater groups that operate in the countries of Europe and the world;
10. Promoting tolerance and intercultural dialogue;
11. Promotion of Polish culture and theater in the country and abroad;
12. Promoting the art of theater in society in Poland and abroad;
13. Support local initiatives for the promotion of theater and culture;
14. The educational activities that will have the task to bring young people to the theater and its potential in today's world;
15. Equalize opportunities for children and young people (including disabled) in the development of artistic and cultural life through theater.
Zależy nam na wymianie kulturowej między twórcami związanymi z teatrem i kulturą polską, a takimi twórcami z innych krajów. Jednym ze szczególnie ważnych celów jest działalność edukacyjna.
